Apartment on Dalgas Alle in Skive

Located in the western part of town, close to the ring road, the development comprises 12 three-storey residential blocks built in 1970. The buildings have had new kitchens, a new roof and new façades. In 2016/2017, every home received a new bathroom with its own washing machine and tumble dryer. Some homes have also been fitted with new interior doors and wardrobes. If these improvements have not yet been made in a particular home, they can be carried out on request in return for an increase in the rent.

Residents have access to a multi-use sports court, children's playgrounds and a number of garages. Shared facilities include bicycle, moped and pram storage rooms, while each apartment has its own storage room. Most ground-floor apartments have a garden; where one is not already provided, it is possible to establish one. The development also has a community building and two guest rooms, which are available for rent to all residents. The housing association has one additional guest room elsewhere in Skive, also available for rent to all residents.

Each home is connected to fibre broadband, and residents can arrange TV, internet and other services directly with various providers. Alternatively, the homes have their own antenna system, through which YouSee offers TV packages and internet. The exterior windows of all homes are cleaned six times a year, and stairwells are cleaned regularly. An electric-car charging station is located in the car park at Dalgas Allé 29-31.
