The development is situated on the western side of the city, near the ring road. Built in 1970, it comprises 12 residential blocks, each three storeys high. The kitchens, roof and façades have since been renewed. During 2016/2017, every home received a new bathroom equipped with its own washing machine and tumble dryer. Some homes have also had their interior doors and wardrobes replaced; in homes where this work has not yet been done, it can be arranged for a rent increase if requested.

Children have access to a multi-purpose sports court and playgrounds, while residents can use the garages and community house. Shared facilities also include rooms for bicycles, mopeds and prams, and each apartment has its own storage room. Most ground-floor apartments come with a garden; for the others, there is the option of having one established. Every home is connected to fibre broadband, and residents can arrange TV, internet and other services directly with different providers. Alternatively, the homes have their own antenna system, through which YouSee offers TV packages and internet.

Exterior window cleaning is carried out for all homes six times a year, and the stairwells are cleaned regularly. An electric-car charging station is located in the car park at Dalgas Allé 29-31. In addition to the community house, there are two guest rooms available for rent to all residents. The housing association also has one further guest room elsewhere in Skive city, which all residents may rent.
