Located in the western part of the city, close to the ring road, the development comprises 12 three-storey residential blocks built in 1970. The buildings have been fitted with new kitchens, a new roof and new façades. Every home received a new bathroom in 2016/2017, with its own washing machine and tumble dryer. Some homes have also had new interior doors and wardrobes installed. Where these upgrades have not yet been carried out, they can be arranged for a rent increase if desired.

Residents have access to a multi-use sports court, children's playgrounds, a number of garages, a community house, and shared rooms for bicycles, mopeds and prams. Each apartment has its own storage room. Gardens are provided with most ground-floor apartments; for the others, there is an option to have one established. A charging station for electric cars is located in the parking area at Dalgas Allé 29-31.

All homes are connected to fibre broadband, and residents can make arrangements directly with various providers for TV, internet and other services. Alternatively, the homes have their own antenna system, through which YouSee offers TV packages and internet. The exterior windows of all homes are cleaned six times a year, and the stairwells are cleaned regularly. In addition to the community house, there are two guest rooms available for rent by all residents. The housing association also has one further guest room elsewhere in Skive city, which all residents can rent.
