The apartment features an HTH kitchen with ample cabinet space and a durable white lacquer finish that, like the bathroom, is easy to keep clean. The countertop is in white laminate. Appliances are already installed and are from Vestfrost: a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave with oven function, a ceramic cooktop with 2 sections and a pull-out extractor hood. The bathroom is arranged so you do not stand over the toilet while showering: it includes a separate shower niche and a wall-hung, water-saving toilet from Villeroy Boch with a built-in cistern. The elegant porcelain washbasin with an undersink cabinet is designed by Danish Dansani, and the fittings are from Grohe. Storage is plentiful in HTH cabinets with clear white surfaces that are easy to maintain. The floor and the shower niche are clad in matte, dark gray tiles, with corresponding tiles on the walls.

In the basement common areas you will find entrance to an atrium, a communal kitchen, a lounge, a reading room, a common room, a fitness room, a laundry and drying room, and storage rooms. The courtyard offers seating and meeting places, a sun sail for screening of seating and a stage, and zone division of the yard with planting.

Project Radio is set in scenic surroundings on the border to Copenhagen, from where you can quickly reach a supercycle path by bike. Good public transport options are nearby with bus lines, Husum St., and the forthcoming light rail station at Dynamovej. The Gyngemose Park area is a lively environment with office businesses and residential buildings surrounded by large green common areas. For daily shopping, Rema 1000 is a few minutes away; for larger purchases you can visit BIG Shopping Center in Herlev, which houses, among others, Elgiganten, Føtex and Sportmaster. If you want to exercise more intensely, you can use the local sports hall Gyngemosehallen and Blågård Svømmehal. Pets are not allowed. NB: No requirement for a student card.
