The apartment features an HTH kitchen with ample cupboard space and a durable white lacquer finish that, like the bathroom, is easy to keep clean. The worktop is white laminate. Appliances are preinstalled and come from Vestfrost: a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave with oven function, a ceramic hob with two cooking zones and a pull-out extractor hood. There is space here to practise your new signature dish. Storage is generous with HTH cabinets in clear white surfaces that are simple to maintain. The floor and the shower niche are tiled in matte dark grey, and matching tiles continue on the walls.

The bathroom offers a separate shower niche so you do not stand over the toilet while showering. You will find a wall-hung, water-saving toilet from Villeroy Boch with a concealed cistern, a porcelain washbasin with under-cabinet designed by Danish Dansani, and fittings by Grohe.

In the building's basement common areas you will find an entrance to an atrium, a communal kitchen, a lounge, a reading room, a common room, a fitness room, laundry and drying facilities, and a storage room. The courtyard contains seating and meeting places, shade sails to screen seating areas and a stage, and a courtyard zoned with planting.

Project Radio is located in scenic surroundings on the border of Copenhagen, from where you can quickly reach a supercycle path by bike. There are also good public transport connections nearby, including bus lines, Husum St. and the forthcoming light rail station at Dynamovej. Gyngemose Park is a lively neighbourhood with a mix of offices and residential buildings set among large green communal areas. Daily shopping is close at hand, with Rema 1000 just a few minutes away, and for larger purchases you can visit BIG Shopping Center in Herlev, which houses Elgiganten, Føtex and Sportmaster.
