You will have your own HTH kitchen with cupboard space and a durable white lacquer finish that, like the bathroom surfaces, is easy to keep clean. The countertop is finished in white laminate. Appliances are already fitted and are from Vestfrost: a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave with oven function, a ceramic cooktop with 2 sections and a pull-out extractor hood, giving you everything you need to practise your favourite dishes. The bathroom is laid out so the shower is separate from the toilet; it includes a dedicated shower niche and a wall-hung, water-saving toilet from Villeroy Boch with a built-in cistern. The porcelain washbasin with undersink cabinet is by Danish Dansani, and the taps are from Grohe. Storage is plentiful in HTH cabinets with plain white surfaces that are easy to maintain. Both the floor and the shower niche are tiled with matte dark grey tiles, and matching tiles are used on the walls.

In the building's basement common areas you will find an entrance to an atrium, a communal kitchen, a lounge, a reading room, a common room, a fitness room, a laundry and drying room, and storage rooms. In the courtyard there are places for staying and meeting, a sunshade sail to provide screening for seating and the stage, and a zoned courtyard layout with planting. Project Radio sits in scenic surroundings on the border of Copenhagen, from where you can quickly reach a supercycle path by bike. There are also good public transport options nearby with bus lines, Husum St., and the upcoming light rail station at Dynamovej. Gyngemose Park is a lively area combining office buildings and residences set among large, green communal spaces. For daily shopping you will find Rema 1000 just minutes away, and for larger purchases the BIG Shopping Center in Herlev offers stores such as Elgiganten, Føtex and Sportmaster.
