The bathroom features a separate shower niche so you won't be standing over the toilet while showering, and the toilet is a wall-hung, water-saving model from Villeroy Boch with a concealed cistern. The elegant porcelain washbasin with under-cabinet is by Danish Dansani, and the fittings are from Grohe. Storage is plentiful in the HTH cabinets with clear white surfaces that are simple to maintain. The floor and the shower niche are clad in matte, dark grey tiles, and the walls are tiled with matching tiles.

In the basement you will find an entrance to an atrium, a communal kitchen, a lounge, a reading room, a common room, a fitness room, a laundry and drying room, and storage rooms. The courtyard offers seating and meeting areas, a sun sail for screening seating and the stage, and a yard divided into zones with planting. Project Radio sits in scenic surroundings on the border to Copenhagen, from where you can quickly reach a supercycle path by bike. There are also good public transport options nearby with bus lines, Husum St. and the upcoming light rail station at Dynamovej. Gyngemose Park is a lively district combining office businesses and residential buildings, surrounded by large, green common areas. Daily shopping is close at hand, with Rema 1000 just a few minutes away, and for larger purchases you can visit BIG Shopping Center in Herlev, which houses Elgiganten, Føtex and Sportmaster.
