1 room apartment on 30 m2

Blækhus Aarhus consists of 319 fully serviced rental units measuring 30-35m2. Each apartment comes with its own kitchen, a generously sized bathroom, a living room fitted with built-in wardrobes and a French balcony.

Residents have access to a number of shared facilities: ten common rooms that include accompanying balconies, a roof terrace with a pétanque court and a view over Aarhus, and the option to borrow rooms for larger gatherings. There are also communal areas located in the iconic premises of the neighboring building "Mod Kulturhus Bunkeren", where you can meet with your study group. The development is situated perhaps in the city's best location, both close to the centre and within the same area as the major educational institutions, including the University, Aarhus Tech and Via University. NOTE! The pictures are taken from a similar apartment.
