A room for 2,063 kr. per month

The youth housing units are situated across Kastanievænget, Huginsvej, and Gefionsvej. During 2017 and 2018, all apartments were upgraded with new kitchen and bathroom fixtures, as well as fresh flooring throughout. Each location features a communal room available to residents.

Specifically, the accommodations on Huginsvej benefit from a dedicated solar panel system that contributes to offsetting the electricity consumption within each unit. Every apartment is connected to its own fiber network, providing internet access at a highly advantageous rate. Additionally, these properties have access to an external fiber connection, allowing tenants to arrange for television, internet, and similar services directly with various providers.

Window cleaning for all units is performed externally four times per year. The housing association maintains three guest rooms and a banquet hall located elsewhere in Skive, which residents have the option to rent.
