No English text was provided by the landlord, but we have made this automated translation for you:

Spacious villa with a view from 2010, perfect for a large family. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have a loft. An office/multipurpose room, 2 toilets, utility room and kitchen/dining room and living room in one. From the living room there is a good view of the Bay of Aarhus, which is also the case from most of the plot. The garden is large with a greenhouse/gazebo and a large trampoline. There are 3 terraces, so you can always enjoy the sun.
We would like to rent the house out furnished to a non-smoking family who will take good care of our things. We want to rent the house out for about six months. We are flexible in terms of dates.
