The newly constructed apartments at Munkebjerg Park are now available. Between 2009 and 2010, Barfoed Group developed a total of 188 student residences spread across five separate buildings. Later, a decision was made to enhance the project by adding an extra floor to each building, which brought the total number of units up by 37.

Located on the fourth floor, the additional level features two variations of two-room apartments alongside three-room units. This particular two-room apartment covers 50 square meters and is laid out so that the entrance opens directly into the kitchen area. The kitchen itself is a matte white Designa model, equipped with ample cabinet space and an elegant black granite countertop. All kitchen appliances, including a dishwasher, come from Miele.

From the entrance hall, you enter a comfortable space that can serve as either a bedroom or an office and includes a built-in wardrobe. The bathroom is spacious and well-appointed, featuring a large shower area, a wall-mounted toilet, and a granite sink and countertop that conceals a combined washer and dryer beneath it. The mirror and cabinets are sourced from Duravit, while the ceiling is fitted with spotlights and underfloor heating is installed throughout.

Beyond the kitchen lies a bright, roomy living room that accommodates both a dining table and a television area. This living space opens onto a generously sized balcony. The floors throughout the apartment are finished with Tarkett oak parquet, enhancing the natural feel. Each apartment is connected to fiber-optic internet and the building includes both a door phone system and an elevator.

Residents on the fourth floor also gain access to an expansive rooftop terrace, featuring a greenhouse available for communal use. Similar facilities will be completed on all five buildings, with these terraces expected to be ready approximately one month after tenants move in.

The monthly rent is set at 6,295 DKK, with an additional 400 DKK charge for water. Heating and electricity are billed separately and settled directly with the utility providers. A deposit corresponding to three months' rent, amounting to 18,885 DKK, is required.
