Presenting the newly constructed apartments at Munkebjerg Park, developed by Barfoed Group during 2009 and 2010, comprising 188 units designated for students, arranged over five separate residential buildings. Subsequently, it was decided to enhance each block by adding an additional floor, introducing 37 more apartments in total.

On the fourth floor, two sizes of two-room flats and three-room flats have been created. One of the two-room apartments measures 60 square meters and features an entrance that leads directly into the kitchen area. The kitchen is outfitted with a matte white Designa model, offering ample cabinet space complemented by an elegant black granite countertop. All major appliances, including a dishwasher, are from the Miele brand.

From the entrance hall, there is access to a pleasant bedroom or office space containing a built-in wardrobe. In addition, the apartment includes a spacious bathroom fitted with a large shower enclosure, a wall-mounted toilet, and a beautiful granite sink and countertop. Beneath the countertop resides a combined washer-dryer unit. The bathroom is equipped with Duravit brand mirrors and cabinets, recessed spot lighting in the ceiling, and underfloor heating.

At the far end of the kitchen lies a bright and sizable living room, sufficient for accommodating both dining and TV areas. Opening from the living room is a generously sized balcony. The flooring throughout the apartment consists of elegant oak parquet floors from Tarkett. Each home is equipped with fiber-optic internet, and the building provides both an intercom system and elevator access.

Residents on the fourth floor enjoy access to a large rooftop terrace featuring a greenhouse, available for communal use. Similar rooftop facilities will be established on all five residential blocks, with completion anticipated approximately one month after the move-in date.

The monthly rent is 6,995 Danish kroner, plus an additional 400 kroner for water. Heating and electricity expenses are settled directly with the utility providers. A deposit of 20,985 kroner is required.
