I am currently searching for a new roommate to share my lovely apartment located right in the center of Vejgaard.

A bit about myself: I am 26 years old and have lived in Aalborg since birth. At the moment, I am unemployed as I am seeking an apprenticeship related to my studies. I consider myself to be a sociable, approachable, and calm individual who enjoys spending cozy time together. Occasional nights out in the city are welcomed, but I also value having personal space. Ideally, I want to find someone with whom a relaxed and pleasant everyday life can be maintained. It is important to me that the home remains a comfortable place and that we both show consideration for each other by keeping shared areas tidy and inviting. Cleanliness holds great importance for me, so I hope that is true for you as well. I am quite indifferent to what you do in your spare time-it's none of my business-but mutual respect for each other's presence is essential.

If you are a student, there's a bus stop right outside the apartment served by line 12, which takes you directly to campus. Additionally, bus lines 11 and 12 run within a 1 to 4-minute walking distance to the bus terminal, offering a commute of approximately 10 minutes each way. The apartment is newly renovated and equipped with both a washing machine and dryer, as well as a dishwasher.

The property is situated on Hadsundvej, 9000 Aalborg. The available room measures 11.3 square meters and could include a chest of drawers and a mirror. The monthly rent amounts to 4000 DKK plus 250 DKK for utilities, with electricity costs included. A deposit of 12,000 DKK is required. Move-in is flexible and can be scheduled by agreement.
