A room has become available in a spacious apartment located on Frederiksberg following the departure of my previous roommate. The apartment spans 66 square meters and features two rooms, a large bathroom, an entry hallway, a kitchen, a balcony, and access to an attic storage space.

The room offered for rent measures approximately 12 square meters, with dimensions of 2.75 by 4.45 meters. It includes a large window at one end and a door that can be closed to ensure privacy. Since the apartment is currently partially unfurnished due to the recent move-out, I would welcome a new roommate who is interested in participating in the interior setup of the space.

I am seeking a female roommate between the ages of 22 and 27. Whether you are a student or employed does not matter; my main priority is to find someone kind and pleasant. A bit about myself: my name is Zelina, I'm 25 years old, and I have lived independently for almost three years. I recently began my master's program in Food Science and Technology at the University of Copenhagen. Although I don't always prepare elaborate meals, I enjoy baking and making preserves like jams and pickles, so I might occasionally bring some surprises. I appreciate board games, movies, books, and cozy evenings, and I hope we can share some of those experiences while also respecting each other's privacy.

Regarding practical details, the monthly rent is 6,000 DKK, which covers rent, advance payments for utilities, electricity, and WiFi. The apartment is available for move-in starting November 1st. A deposit of 12,000 DKK, equal to two months' rent, is required. The location is Boyesgade, with easy access to Frederiksberg Allé metro station, the central train station, Vesterbrogade, and shopping options just a one-minute walk away. The lease term is open-ended.
