2 room house on 54 m2

Located at Fårupled/Fårupkollegiet, these apartments offer a practical layout designed to meet the needs of students. They provide appealing studio accommodations that encourage a vibrant social environment. The kitchens predominantly feature wood veneer cabinetry, though many have been gradually upgraded to white units. Each kitchen comes equipped with a stove, range hood, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Notably, refrigerators in the two-room units will be replaced by models without a freezer by 2016. The bathrooms have a functional design with vinyl covering both floors and walls, and a window allows for effective ventilation.

The residences at Ringvejen/Højagerkollegiet also cater to student living with spacious study apartments that support communal activities. Each unit includes built-in storage, while the kitchens vary between separate and open layouts. A consistent element is the use of white cabinetry from Svane, complemented by a fridge-freezer combo, range hood, and stove. The two-room apartments differ slightly by featuring four separate cooking plates and an oven placed on a countertop. Bathrooms here are appointed with brown floor tiles and walls finished with textured wallpaper.
