1 room house on 27 m2

Located at Fårupled/Fårupkollegiet, the apartments feature a practical layout designed for functionality. These appealing student studios promote a strong sense of community. Kitchens are primarily fitted with wood veneer cabinets, although several have been updated with white cabinetry. Each kitchen includes essential appliances such as a stove, exhaust hood, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. However, refrigerators in the two-room units are scheduled for replacement by 2016 with models lacking a freezer compartment. Bathrooms are efficiently designed with vinyl flooring and walls, complemented by a window that ensures proper ventilation.

At Ringvejen/Højagerkollegiet, the student apartments offer excellent opportunities for shared activities. Built-in storage cabinets are a standard feature within these units. The kitchens vary, with some being separate rooms and others integrated open layouts, but all feature white units from Svane. Included appliances comprise a refrigerator-freezer, stove, and exhaust hood. The two-room units differ slightly, equipped with four individual cooking plates and a tabletop oven. Bathrooms here are finished with brown tiles on the floor and textured wall coverings.
