1 room house on 27 m2

Located at Fårupled/Fårupkollegiet, these residences offer a practical layout suitable for student living. The kitchens feature wooden veneer cabinetry; however, many have been upgraded over time with white units. Each kitchen comes equipped with a stove, range hood, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Notably, refrigerators in the two-room apartments are being replaced by models without freezer compartments as of 2016. The bathroom contains a shower area finished with vinyl flooring and walls, complemented by a window to ensure proper ventilation.

At Ringvejen/Højagerkollegiet, the apartments present well-designed student homes that support communal activities. Built-in wardrobes are included within the units. Kitchens vary between separate rooms and open-plan designs but consistently include white cabinets manufactured by Svane. These kitchen areas come furnished with a combined fridge-freezer, stove, and range hood. Two-room apartments specifically have four distinct cooking plates and a countertop oven. Shower bathrooms in these units are outfitted with brown floor tiles and fabric-textured walls.
