Housing on Skamlingsvejen and Teglgårdsvej, constructed in 2016 and 2017 and managed through Kolding Municipality, includes kitchens equipped with tall cabinets, sink cabinets, drawer units, refrigerators, range hoods, microwave/convection ovens, and portable double hotplates. The two-room apartments additionally possess a tall cabinet in the bedroom. Many of these units feature balconies or direct access to outdoor spaces. The development includes parking facilities and bicycle storage, as well as shared outdoor areas such as a large rooftop terrace offering panoramic views over Kolding and Kolding Fjord.

Centrally situated in Christiansfeld is Lindegade, where the former boys' school was renovated and converted in 2020 to include 15 family dwellings with two, three, or four rooms.
