Sublet my furnished apartment for 1 year

No English text was provided by the landlord, but we have made this automated translation for you:

I am moving to Jutland for 1 year and would like to sublet my part of a fantastic townhouse. My part is the back half of the townhouse, with 6,5 meters to the ceiling and floor to ceiling windows running the whole length of the apartment. There is a mezzanine, a very big closet, and your own bathroom. You will share the kitchen with three women.
There is also a rooftop terrace, possibility to rent the parking spot, and direct access to the w/d.
The metro is a 5 min walk away, and it takes 13 minutes to get to Kongens Nytorv.
The flat comes fully furnished with everything you need, barring bedding and towels. I just want someone who will treat my things well. Aconto every month runs 450kr.
