Two rooms are available for rent together to a suitable tenant, regardless of gender.

I'm reaching out to explore the possibility of sharing the apartment with someone else to create a mutually beneficial living arrangement. I hold no preferences when it comes to age or gender. Currently, I spend most of my time at home as I only work two days a week. During the summer months, I am usually away for about three months.

The rent covers heating, laundry facilities, electricity, internet, and a TV package.

Best regards, Jesper
