I am looking for a couple to move in on November 1st with no fixed lease term. I will be taking over a brand-new four-room apartment in Ørestad and am seeking wonderful people to share it with. You will live alongside me and another person, with full access to all the shared common spaces.

This apartment measures 96 m² and includes elevator access. It is conveniently located just a three-minute walk from Ørestad station and Netto, and five minutes on foot to Fields shopping center and the metro. Kalvebod Fælled is only 600 meters away. Travel times to central Copenhagen are also excellent: seven minutes by train to the main station and ten minutes by metro to Kongens Nytorv.

The accommodation comes fully equipped with a storage room, a bright living room featuring a south-facing balcony, as well as modern appliances such as a dishwasher, tumble dryer, washing machine, fridge, and freezer. Additional amenities include a communal rooftop terrace, a green courtyard, and bicycle parking facilities.

As for me, my name is Mathilde and I am 30 years old, recently graduated in geography. I enjoy spending time with friends and family and exploring Copenhagen. My favorite activities involve discovering new restaurants, traveling, and attending events-always in good company. I also appreciate cozying up at home for relaxing evenings or days watching films, playing board games, engaging in creative projects, or reading.

Regarding the living situation, I envision a shared household or collective atmosphere with opportunities for communal dining and casual socializing when time allows, while still respecting individual privacy whenever needed by having a lockable door.

Concerning potential housemates, I ideally hope to find individuals aged between 25 and 35 who are interested in participating in a home environment where we maintain tidiness and look out for one another. Background, daily occupation, sexual orientation, and gender identity do not matter - everyone is welcome. It is important that you plan to stay longer than just a few months.

As for the specifics, the couple's room is the largest in the apartment at 11.22 m² and includes built-in wardrobes. Rent is 3,686 DKK per person per month excluding utilities. The move-in cost is 18,430 DKK per person, which covers a deposit equal to three months' rent plus the first month's rent and one prepaid month. Apart from the wardrobes, the room is unfurnished.

Please note that since the apartment will only be completed by November 1st, it's not possible to view the exact unit in advance. However, the landlord holds open house viewings of model apartments every Sunday. The photos provided are from one of these display apartments.
