Hyggeligt lille hus på landet

No English text was provided by the landlord, but we have made this automated translation for you:

On a farm, a cozy little house is rented out to a single person without children and a permanent job
The house is on 2 floors and the ground floor consists of an entrance hall, a nice bathroom with shower, an open kitchen in connection with the living room, where there is also a wood-burning stove.
1. In the hall there is a large room and a slightly smaller one.
There are 2 terraces attached to the house and a private garden
Would be a huge plus if there was someone who would help a few hours a week with removing weeds and pruning trees, of course for payment or a reduction in rent, but not a requirement
The rent is incl. water, heating and a/c electricity
