Starting from September 30th, a fully furnished room measuring 20 square meters will become available for rent at a monthly cost of 3000 DKK, with utilities averaging around 200 DKK per month. This room is part of a spacious 110 square meter apartment situated on the 3rd floor with a central location that allows easy access to various destinations within a 5-minute walk. The large living room and fully outfitted kitchen create a comfortable living environment, complemented by a bathroom equipped with a washing machine. Directly outside the windows, there is a pleasant park providing a green view.

The room features two sliding doors that can be permanently closed for privacy. The current tenants consist of two young men who are friends of the current occupant and are described as relaxed and easygoing. Street parking is available for free nearby. All the existing furniture in the room and apartment will remain, except for the outgoing tenant's personal belongings. The initial move-in cost is 9000 DKK, plus the rent for October amounting to 3000 DKK, with a total of 12,000 DKK due upfront.
