Tiny fully furnised room

A small room is available for rent, fully furnished and intended for a single occupant only. Smoking and pets are not allowed under any circumstances.

The monthly rent is 5,000 DKK with a required deposit amounting to 15,000 DKK. For those who need the space solely as a weekday accommodation-Monday through Friday or five days a week-the rent is reduced to 3,500 DKK per month. The lease term is limited to a maximum of six months, as the current tenant expects to recover from arthritis within that timeframe. Due to the tenant's disability, they spend most of their time at home, so preference will be given to someone who is typically away during the day.

There are a few house rules to keep in mind: tenants are expected to manage their own laundry, refrain from smoking cannabis inside the apartment, and avoid accumulating dirty dishes in their room. It should also be noted that, as with many older apartments, there is a minor presence of silverfish, though it should not cause significant inconvenience.

The room can be occupied immediately or at any preferred time.
