A small room of approximately 10 square meters is available for rent in the outer part of NV, near the library. The space comes fully furnished and is intended for a single occupant only. Smoking and pets are not permitted. It is possible to register your CPR address at this location.
The monthly rent is set at 5000 DKK, which covers all expenses. A deposit amounting to 15000 DKK is required. Shared areas include the kitchen, living room, and bathroom, which will be used jointly with me. The building's basement houses a washer and dryer, and the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher.
Due to arthritis, I am currently on disability and spend most of my time at home despite being only 35 years old. Ideally, the tenant would be someone who is out more often. If you plan to use the room primarily for commuting purposes-such as staying here Monday to Friday-the rent is reduced to 3500 DKK monthly, with a deposit of 10500 DKK. Because I anticipate a recovery in the near future, the rental agreement is limited to a maximum duration of 12 months.
I expect tenants to manage their own laundry responsibly (referred to here as "the Lukas rule"), to refrain from smoking cannabis inside the apartment (the "Jay rule"), and to avoid storing unclean dishes in their room ("the Christian rule").
As is common in many apartments, there is an occasional presence of grey silverfish (skægkræ), roughly one sighting every couple of months. While noticeable, it is not overly problematic.
Maintaining cleanliness in the shared kitchen and bathroom is a mutual responsibility, and we will alternate vacuuming duties weekly.
To address some frequent questions: guests are welcome to stay overnight without extra charges. Previous arrangements included the roommate's boyfriend staying a night or two here and reciprocally spending a few nights at his place, while longer visits by guests from abroad were communicated in advance. A similar agreement would be appreciated. You will have your own cupboard as well as dedicated fridge and freezer space. Drying laundry inside the apartment is not allowed unless using a dehumidifier.
