About us: Mathias is 33 years old and recently relocated to Copenhagen after spending several years in Aarhus. His weekdays follow a structured routine as he teaches mathematics, physics, and history at a private school. Outside of work, he dedicates much time to scouting and enjoys cooking, watching vintage sci-fi television shows, and spending time outdoors around a campfire with friends. Valdemar, aged 31, is currently completing his master's degree at the Technical University of Denmark (DTU) and hopes to become a civil engineer within the next year. He has been involved in scouting for most of his life and appreciates both animated and live-action series, as well as board games and cooking-he's keen on finding a roommate to join him in these hobbies.

Our ideal new flatmate is between 25 and 40 years old, of any gender, willing to participate in shared household chores, and sees themselves living with us for at least one year.

Financial details include a monthly rent of 6,640 DKK, á conto payments of 285 DKK, internet at 117 DKK, and electricity billed separately at around 133 DKK per month, totaling approximately 7,175 DKK monthly. The deposit amounts to three months' rent, equaling 19,920 DKK. Upon moving in, the total upfront cost-covering deposit, first and last month's rent, plus the initial á conto payment-will be 33,735 DKK.
