Please note that to be eligible for the one-bedroom youth apartments, applicants must be currently enrolled in an educational program. The maximum tenancy period is limited to three months following the completion date of the education.

This section includes 12 carports and contains four dwellings designated as club rooms. The apartments are equipped with parquet flooring and free-standing double wardrobes. Kitchens are fitted with well-maintained HTH units in light beech wood, complemented by light-colored vinyl flooring. Each living room opens onto a covered terrace spacious enough to accommodate outdoor furniture. Heating throughout the complex is supplied via natural gas.

Located centrally in Harndrup, Knorreløkke provides convenient access to a variety of shopping options. A bus stop lies approximately 300 meters from the complex, offering hourly connections to Odense. Nearby, residents can enjoy Harndrupmose, a green recreational area featuring attractive walking trails ideal for outdoor strolls.

Residents at Knorreløkke represent a mixed demographic, with a predominance of older individuals living within the community. Decisions regarding the management of the complex, including rentals and operational matters, are made collectively by the residents during the annual meeting held for all occupants.

Tenants have the liberty to personalize their living space as desired, with the opportunity to receive up to 100,000 DKK in compensation upon moving out if improvements have been made.
