Located on the northern coast of Funen, Bogense is a small town positioned 15 kilometers northwest of Søndersø, 23 kilometers west of Otterup, and 29 kilometers east of Middelfart. The section known as Department 14 comprises an older city building with two and three floors, which underwent renovation and conversion in 1992. This department includes a total of 41 apartments, featuring either two or three rooms. Each apartment is equipped with a refrigerator and stove, and there is a communal laundry facility available to residents. Heating is provided through district heating, and some apartments also have access to a basement storage room. In addition to the rent, residents pay advance charges for a communal antenna, water, and heating services. Apartments located on the ground floor are allocated through Bogense Municipality.
