The project consists of a five-story block construction featuring 51 public youth apartments arranged around an internal courtyard. Residents will have access to shared facilities including a laundry room and a communal space equipped with a kitchen.

Each unit is a studio apartment containing a kitchenette furnished with a small refrigerator with freezer compartment and two cooking plates. The apartments range in size from 38 to 50 square meters. The expected rent is approximately 1,300.00 DKK per square meter, excluding utilities, which translates to about 4,010.00 DKK per month for a 38-square-meter apartment.

Move-in is scheduled for November 1, 2026. The apartments will be rented out to young people pursuing education as well as young individuals with special needs. Preference will be given to students whose parents reside in Gentofte Municipality-this must be documented with copies of a birth certificate and a parental residence certificate. Applicants must ensure to select this criterion when registering on the waiting list. Gentofte Municipality covers the areas of Charlottenlund, Dyssegård, Gentofte, Hellerup, Jægersborg, Klampenborg, Ordrup, Skovshoved, and Vangede.

Detailed floor plans and comprehensive rental information are expected to be available approximately six months before the move-in date. Announcements such as open house events will be sent via email, so it is important to keep your email address updated.

Please note that there are special regulations governing the initial rental phase, and waiting list numbers provided by the system may not be reliable for these first allocations. For example, at this time, the number of apartments the municipality intends to offer during the initial rental period is unknown.
