We are currently two roommates seeking a third person to join us. We are both 27-year-old women who have known each other since high school. Ideally, we are looking for someone who is accustomed to independent living and close to our age, around 27 years old, though gender does not matter.

The available room measures approximately 7 square meters and is part of a shared apartment totaling 81 square meters. The communal areas include a combined kitchen and living space as well as a shared bathroom. The rent covers heating and water costs, but the electricity bill is paid separately each month and is divided equally among the three of us. Electricity expenses tend to fluctuate, averaging around 150 DKK monthly during summer and sometimes reaching about 300 DKK in the colder months.

The room will be offered unfurnished.
