The housing department comprises 124 townhouses situated across the towns of Jebjerg, Breum, Selde, Durup, Glyngøre, and the island of Fur. Most of these homes were constructed during the 1980s and each features its own terrace and garden area.

In 2024, significant interior renovations were completed for the residences located on Præstemarken and Sdr. Allé in Breum, on Nr. Allé in Jebjerg, as well as on Tingagervej numbers 1-7 and 34-40 on Fur.
