I am looking for a friendly and calm roommate to share my available room in a contemporary 71 square meter apartment.

Details about the room and the apartment: The room itself measures approximately 10 square meters and includes four built-in wardrobes. Rent is set at 6,500 DKK per month, covering all expenses. A security deposit equivalent to three months' rent is required. Shared spaces consist of a bright living room combined with a kitchen area, as well as a bathroom. The apartment is equipped with various appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. Additional amenities available to residents are access to a bicycle shed, a basement storage unit, and a small gym. Free car parking is conveniently located right next to the building. Moving in can be arranged by mutual agreement. Both tenant and landlord are required to provide one month's written notice to terminate the lease.

Regarding the location: This apartment is part of a modern construction situated just north of Copenhagen, nestled between Mørkhøj and Høje Gladsaxe Park. A Rema 1000 supermarket is nearby, and the beautiful natural area of Utterslev Mose, ideal for running, is within close reach. Traveling to Copenhagen Central Station takes approximately 25 minutes by bike or about 30 minutes using public transportation.

About me: My name is Lucas, I am 26 years old, and I hold a Master's degree in Economics from Odense. I have been living in this apartment since May after securing a job in the area. I enjoy exploring the city's cultural scene and jogging in the local green spaces. Cooking is a hobby I strongly engage in, and I currently play floorball, having switched from many years of handball experience. On weekends, I often visit family and friends outside Zealand. As a roommate, I value a clean, tidy, and well-maintained home where it's always pleasant to return.

About you: Ideally, you are a considerate, orderly, and calm individual who is easy to live with. I imagine you are in your twenties and appreciate a cozy and harmonious daily life. You should be a non-smoker. It would be great if you share an interest in good food and enjoy occasional conversations in the kitchen, though there is of course space for privacy whenever desired.
