A bright room of approximately 9.5 m², featuring a private balcony exclusively for your use, is available for rent within my recently acquired penthouse flat situated in the heart of Frederiksberg.

This top-floor apartment spans around 83 m² and includes three rooms in total. While you will have exclusive access to your own bedroom and balcony, the kitchen, bathroom, and other shared living spaces are to be used in common with me. Laundry facilities are located in the basement of the building, offered free of charge, and accessible through an advance booking system.

I will officially take possession of the apartment on September 4, so the photos and videos currently represent the space before any personal furnishing or decoration has been added. Beginning on that date, all standard household necessities, including kitchen utensils and other everyday items, will be arranged and at your disposal. The communal areas will be furnished progressively over time.

Since I will retain access to my former accommodation during September, there will be some overlap as I split my time between the two residences. As a result, you are likely to have more privacy in the flat during the early part of this rental period.

This offer is particularly suited for someone seeking temporary accommodation, such as for work assignments, academic pursuits, internships, or other short-term stays in Copenhagen. The duration of the lease is flexible, allowing for a stay between one and six months. Should our arrangement prove mutually beneficial, an extension of the rental period is possible.

The room is rented out unfurnished. However, if you arrive in Copenhagen without your own furniture and require basic items like a bed or desk, I am willing to assist in securing suitable solutions.

A bit about myself: I am a 28-year-old male who has lived in Copenhagen for six years. Originally from South Funen, I moved here for my studies and have since developed a strong attachment to the city, planning to remain for the foreseeable future. My profession is in IT, and I typically work from home two to three days a week. My interests include engaging in technical projects, listening to audiobooks, running, sourcing secondhand items from Marketplace, as well as spending time with close friends and my girlfriend. There is also a possibility that I will occasionally work abroad.
