The townhouses located on Nørremarksvej are situated in the northern area of Varde. Each unit comes with a garden, although a few rentals only include a terrace. These residences were first occupied in the years 1992, 1993, 1998, and between August 15 and November 1, 2011. The townhouses are available as either single-story or two-story homes. Additionally, a laundry facility is available within the complex.

Another set of townhouses can be found at Grøntoften in Tinghøj, approximately 4 kilometers from the center of Varde. These homes are all single-level and include a garden with every unit. They were first occupied on August 1, 1998.

Youth housing is also offered on Nørremarksvej 92-122, again in Varde's northern district. These ground-level rooms include access to a shared laundry room and are exclusively rented to students pursuing their education. The rooms have been in use since 1994.
