The apartments are situated in Lerpøtparken, located in the northern section of Varde. These residences occupy multi-story buildings consisting of ground floors, first floors, and second floors. While there are no private gardens, residents have access to shared green spaces available to the entire community. A communal laundry facility can be found in the basement. The apartments were first occupied between 1973 and 1977.

Within the complex, accessible two-room corner apartments are available on the ground floors, designed with wheelchair users in mind.
