Room with balcony available in top floor apartment at Amager

We are seeking a roommate for our top-floor flat located in Amager, within close proximity to the metro and Amager Strandpark. The city center, including Kongens Nytorv, is reachable within a 10-minute bike ride. The available room comes partially furnished, and common spaces such as the kitchen, dining and living area, as well as the bathroom, will be shared with us and one other tenant. The apartment features both a washing machine and a dishwasher. The communal area is spacious and includes balconies that receive sunlight in the morning and evening.

Our ideal housemate is responsible, neat, and friendly, preferably around the age of thirty.
