Cozy small furnished room in a peaceful central area

The photo showing the bed originates from my previous apartment, as I am currently on vacation and the current tenant is unable to take a new picture at the moment. I have misplaced the original photo, but a new one will be provided shortly. The room is comparable in size to the one depicted.

The earliest move-in date is September 19th, with the latest being October 1st; rent payments will begin from whichever date you move in.

Situated on Amsterdamvej in the 2300 Copenhagen S area, the location is within 10 to 30 minutes from the city center.

This is a small, comfortably furnished room equipped with a 140x200 bed, a wardrobe, curtains, and includes access to all shared common areas that contain necessary amenities.

The street is quiet and pleasant, with all essential services and stores conveniently nearby. Public transportation connections are excellent.

The room is shared with my roommate Magnus, who is in his mid-20s and originally from Norway. Magnus works as a pilot and is easy-going, grounded, and friendly. He often spends time traveling or working. I am somewhat similar in nature, though I am 32 years old and currently unemployed, though this is expected to be temporary.

The deposit required is three times the monthly rent, and the prepaid rent amounts to one month's rent plus advance payment for utilities including water, heating, and internet.

It is possible to register your CPR number at this address, and a standard lease agreement will be drafted.

There is an option to switch to a significantly larger room when either Magnus or I move out, which is anticipated around 2027.

A one-month notice period applies for terminating the lease.
