This contemporary and bright terraced house is located within the Lejre Area, a modern village designed around communal living. New constructions are currently taking shape throughout Lejre. The spaces between the housing clusters in this development are intentionally created as natural zones, featuring varied vegetation including multiple tree species and shrubs, all rooted in a base of meadow grasses and herbs. Within these natural areas, footpaths and small zones for leisure and activities are set to be established.

The project comprises a total of 82 rental units arranged across three distinct housing types, available in either single or two-story layouts. Alongside the rental homes, 13 houses are being sold. The community will also include one assembly hall and five shared housing units. Parking provisions consist of 143 spaces accessible to all residents, which include designated spots for disabled individuals. Additionally, two electric vehicle charging stations will be installed, capable of simultaneously charging four electric cars. Moving into the homes will take place in three separate phases, with specific move-in dates stated in the individual property listings.

Tenants will not be required to pay an advance fee through the landlord, as water is supplied by FORS and heating is provided by heat pumps; tenants are responsible for contracting their own electricity providers. All built-in white goods are included with the homes. Reservations for housing can be made by attending one of the open house events, which are held approximately once weekly until all units have been leased. Those interested can request an invitation to the next open house via the property advertisement.

The payment for moving in must be completed immediately after receiving the lease agreement. Prior to moving in, viewing is limited exclusively to the show home; at no time is access to the construction site permitted without an open house invitation.
