Situated in LejreOmrådet, a contemporary village designed around the concept of community, lies a modern, bright, and tastefully finished townhouse. This development features new construction emerging steadily in Lejre, where the spaces between clusters of homes are planned as natural areas filled with diverse tree and shrub species set among meadow grasses and herbs. Within these green zones, informal footpaths and small areas for relaxation and activities have been created.

The neighborhood comprises 82 rental units spread across three distinct housing styles, available on either one or two levels. In addition to these rental homes, 13 houses are being sold privately. The area will include communal facilities such as one assembly hall and five shared houses. Parking is generously provided with 143 spaces, including designated spots for handicapped individuals. All major appliances are included in each home. Reservations can be made by attending an open house event, which is held approximately weekly until all units are leased. Interested parties should send a message through the advertisement to receive an invitation to the next scheduled open house. The move-in payment must be settled promptly following receipt of the rental contract.

Viewing of the homes prior to move-in is limited strictly to the model unit; access to other properties or the construction site without an open house invitation is prohibited under all circumstances. Prospective tenants listed in the RKI credit register will not be eligible for renting, as this information will be verified during the contract preparation process.
