Each unit features a balcony, except for the apartments on the third floor, which instead include bay windows and slanted walls. The apartments come equipped with a stove and extractor hood, and the heating is provided through district heating.

Situated in a central location in Middelfart, the development is conveniently close to the train station and shopping options.
