The property offers convenient walking distance to both the train station and the university. Over weekends, the apartment is shared with two others: Christian, a 25-year-old helicopter pilot trainee, and Anders, a 24-year-old soldier residing in Haderslev. They occupy the other bedroom on alternating weekends when they return home.
