The housing department comprises 124 terraced houses spread across the towns of Jebjerg, Breum, Selde, Durup, Glyngøre, and the island of Fur. Most of these homes were constructed during the 1980s, each featuring a private terrace and garden space.

In 2024, a comprehensive interior renovation was completed for the properties located on Præstemarken and Sdr. Allé in Breum, on Nr. Allé in Jebjerg, as well as for the units at Tingagervej 1-7 and 34-40 on Fur. Each residence is equipped with fiber broadband connections, allowing tenants to arrange services such as television and internet directly with various service providers.

The housing association also manages three guest rooms and a community hall situated in the town of Skive, which are available for rental by all residents.
