Living in Høje Tåstrup

A fully furnished private room is available for rent in a shared apartment located near Copenhagen. The accommodation is a comfortable four-room flat measuring 84 m², situated in Høje Taastrup, just outside the city. We are seeking a responsible, friendly, and considerate exchange or international student to take up residence.

The apartment enjoys a convenient location within walking distance of City2 Shopping Centre, various supermarkets, cafés, and Høje Taastrup Station, which provides excellent train links to central Copenhagen, the airport, and several universities. The private bedroom, approximately 10 m² in size, comes fully furnished. In addition to your room, you will have unrestricted access to the kitchen, bathroom, and living room, as well as all shared amenities including a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a dryer. This setup allows for a comfortable living experience with a sense of home rather than merely renting a single room.

You will be sharing the apartment primarily with Komal and Maria. Maria's stay will be occasional from September onward, as she will be seconded abroad by the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs to an EU mission. Therefore, most of the time, you will be living with just one other housemate.

The monthly rent is DKK 6,000, with a deposit equivalent to two months' rent and one month's rent paid in advance. Included in the rent are water, heating, internet, and full access to common facilities. Electricity costs are covered within the normal range of household usage.
