We each occupy separate sections of the house while sharing the kitchen and bathroom facilities. Creating a pleasant and respectful living environment with compatible chemistry is my top priority.

The property is situated just a five-minute walk from Husum Station, where the S-train provides a direct connection to the city center in under 20 minutes. Nearby, you will find convenient shopping options, various cafés, and green spaces.

The room comes fully furnished and is ready for immediate occupancy. Included are a double bed, sofa, coffee table, armchair, a height-adjustable desk with an office chair, wardrobe, bookshelf, and a wall-mounted display cabinet. You are free to rearrange the furniture to make the space your own. There is also direct access from the room to a 25-square-meter terrace.

Additional practical features include a personal refrigerator located in the basement and a designated shelf inside the kitchen fridge. Kitchen storage comprises both drawers and cabinets. You will have full use of all kitchen utensils such as pots, pans, glasses, and tableware, as well as access to a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

The monthly rent is 5,000 DKK, which covers all utility expenses including electricity, water, heating, and internet access.
