The spacious bathrooms provide sufficient room for mobility aids such as walkers or wheelchairs. Each unit has a private small terrace with direct access to the surrounding green communal areas.

Each residence includes a private shed along with either a garden or terrace exit. Parking is available close to the homes. The neighborhood features a common room that can accommodate up to 24 people, with additional opportunities to reserve other community facilities managed by the association. Tenants are allowed to keep pets acquired prior to moving in but cannot acquire new ones during their tenancy. At the Damløkken site, existing pets can be kept, but no new animals are allowed; at Hedemarken, pets are not permitted at all.

An enchanting historic half-timbered property, dating from around 1870 and standing three stories tall, is located just a short distance from the water on Kirkestræde. This residence exudes character and charm, complemented by a cozy courtyard where you may enjoy summer evenings at the provided tables and chairs. Shared amenities include a bicycle shed and a communal storage room. Parking facilities include eight spaces on-site, with additional parking options available on nearby streets.
