Almen Boligselskabet Centrum Danmark presents a department formed by the merger of several former sections. The homes include bright terraced houses with attractive outdoor areas: the single-storey row houses at Haugelund were built in 1987 and feature wide doorways and no internal steps. Kitchens are light in appearance and come equipped with a fridge-freezer, an extractor hood and a stove; cabinet doors are made of beech wood, worktops are light and there is generous cupboard space. The bathrooms are finished in pale tones with a distinctive touch of red on the floors; each bathroom offers a shower area, underfloor heating and room to mount a toilet cabinet. Storage is good inside the dwellings thanks to built-in wardrobes, and each tenancy includes its own shed. In summer residents can use their own garden or terrace. Consumption arrangements: water is charged as a monthly aconto amount, heating is charged as a monthly aconto amount and electricity is settled directly with the supplier.

The department comprises several locations with different characteristics. Søndersøvej contains two-storey buildings and villa flats, the latter arranged as two-level units with internal steps; the properties were originally constructed in 1927 and underwent a complete renovation in 1995. These attractive homes are centrally situated in Vissenbjerg and enjoy communal outdoor areas with picnic benches and a shared bicycle shed; each tenancy has its own shed except in nr.1 A, and extra sheds can be rented within the department if required. Visitors benefit from very good parking close to the homes. The Senhjerneskadecenter section lies 1,5 km. from Vissenbjerg centre and offers pleasant grassy areas, a communal terrace with picnic benches and on-site fire pits for warm summer evenings; there is good visitor parking and locked bicycle shelters. In Vestergade, centrally positioned in Vissenbjerg, the department consists of a two-storey building erected in 1960 and fully renovated and converted into homes in 2014; ground-floor units are provided with wide doorways and no internal steps, while first-floor units have an installed door phone. Haugelund, located in Duedalen approximately 1-2 km. from Vissenbjerg's town centre, has a communal laundry and common rooms available to residents for a fee; nearby grassy areas are equipped with picnic benches, bicycle storage is provided via bike sheds and there is a parking area by the lawns. Hesbjerglund, set in scenic surroundings within walking distance of Vissenbjerg centre, comprises cosy red brick terraced houses in one or two storeys; built in 1991, the area contains a total of 46 dwellings of which four are youth flats. The site offers green shared outdoor spaces with a play area and picnic benches, a calm atmosphere with plenty of greenery and a well-organised path system; the large common house includes both a party room and a communal laundry, and there are good parking facilities plus bus connections a few hundred meters away. Kildebakken provides attractive outdoor areas and good parking: residents on Østergade have access to a communal laundry for a fee, residents on Østervang can rent the department's common rooms for social events, and outdoor seating allows enjoyment of autumn colours; Nørrevænget has locked bicycle sheds and overall parking is very good. In this department only smaller pets are permitted, i.e. dogs and cats are not allowed.

The surrounding area combines convenient shopping and beautiful nature: the nearest bus stop is located 30 meter from the homes, while the main bus route is about 1,2 km. away and the nearest train station is approximately 3,5 km. away. Around 1,5 km. from the homes one finds shops, schools, day-care institutions and sports facilities, and nearby path systems lead into the town centre with its shops and out to the forest, the lakes and hilly terrain ideal for summer exploration.
