I'm looking for a roommate starting on the 3rd of August. My other roommate has just completed her intern and is moving back to her country; Jessie will move out when her contract is finished at the end of the July, so the room will become available. We are two girls sharing a two-bedroom apartment and each room has a personal bathroom. My name is Dema and I recently relocated to Copenhagen to work as a quantitative analyst at Danske Bank - I previously held the same role at the bank's Lithuanian branch and was offered to relocate. I am not the owner of the apartment, so I will put you in touch with the real owner to handle the contracts. The rent is 6350kr (all utilities included: heating, electricity, water and wifi), and a refundable security deposit of 3 month rent for longer term (more than 3 month) is 19050kr. The contract is available from the 1st of August (long term also possible) with CPR available.

The flat is 84 m² Apartment + small terace, and the available room is fully furnished. The common areas are large and bright, and each bedroom comes with its own bathroom. There is a nice shower, washing and dryer machine. Netto and Rema are 2 mins away.

I enjoy great food and beverages and might cook something amazing if we share that interest. I'm calm and easygoing; if you are open, kind and willing to do your fair share of cleaning, we'll likely be great roommates.
