Utility costs for electricity, water and heating are not included in the rent and are settled directly with the supplier. Keeping pets is not permitted.

Within about 5 km you’ll find several educational institutions, including SDU Odense, a University of Copenhagen presence in Odense, Social- og Sundhedsskolen Fyn, Syddansk Erhvervsskole Odense-Vejle (with branches on Blangstedgårdsvej and Munkebjergvej), Kold College (EUD) on Bjørnemosevej, and multiple UCL campuses and departments (Niels Bohrs Allé, competence and organisational development units, and UCL’s business academy and university college). These are all accessible from Odense SØ.

A larger shopping centre and additional local shops (including the Tornbjerg area) are nearby, so both daily errands and student routines can be managed without long journeys.
