Afdeling 8 comprises 64 terraced houses. The section was constructed in three stages (1982, 1986 and 1988). On the high ground stands the housing association's community house, which can be rented by the entire housing association.

The area is situated in an attractive neighborhood on the outskirts of Gram. The town offers good shopping opportunities and is home to Gram Kulturhus with sports facilities, bowling lanes and an outdoor swimming pool. There are pleasant walking possibilities in the town and along the stream, as well as around the castle and the castle park.

The dwellings are offered as 2, 3 and 4-room units, all fitted with wooden floors. Heating is provided by district heating, and the homes are equipped with a stove. It is possible to rent a carport within the section, and the community house can also be rented for private parties or other events.

The tenant composition in the section is mixed, and a board has been elected for the development. At the annual meeting of all the section's residents, the tenants decide on all matters concerning the section's operation and the rent, etc. The estate caretaker maintains the green areas and handles minor repairs in the flats. An inspector is also attached to the development to ensure its ongoing maintenance.
