VALBY - Room for Rent in Shared Apartment of 3

I'm reluctantly leaving our comfortable home and my friendly housemates - so a room is becoming available. The apartment is in a residential building near Toftegårds Plads, close to Valby station. The rental period runs from 1st August 2026 until 30th April 2027 (standard notice of 3 months), and there is a possibility to start a new contract afterwards to rent the whole apartment if you wish. The monthly rent is 6.990 DKK (incl. utilities). The deposit required is 3 months' rent + 1 month prepaid rent. The furniture must be taken over for 5.500 DKK - find the detailed list below.

Current flatmates are a 28-year-old male PhD student from India who enjoys movies, political memes, cooking and sharing meals with flatmates, and a 22-year-old female physics PhD student from Scotland who likes bouldering, swimming, running, cooking together, movie nights, and craft evenings.
