The housing association comprises several locations with differing characters. Søndersøvej contains two-storey buildings and villa apartments, where the villa apartments are arranged over two levels with internal steps. These buildings were originally constructed in 1927 and were fully renovated in 1995. Hesbjerglund sits in a scenic, tranquil setting within walking distance of Vissenbjerg's centre and consists of attractive red brick terraced houses in one or two storeys. Built in 1991, the area comprises a total of 46 dwellings, four of which are youth housing. There are generous green communal outdoor areas with a playful playground, pleasant bench-and-table sets and a calm atmosphere with abundant greenery and a well-organised path network.
