Almen Boligselskabet Centrum Danmark presents a variety of housing types across several previously separate departments. The single-storey terraced houses at Haugelund, built in 1987, feature wide doorframes and no interior steps. Vestergade, centrally located in Vissenbjerg, consists of a two-storey building erected in 1960 and completely renovated and converted into homes in 2014; ground-floor apartments have wide doorframes and no interior steps while first-floor units are equipped with an installed door phone. Haugelund, located in Duedalen approximately 1-2 km from Vissenbjerg's town centre, offers a communal laundry and common rooms available to residents for a fee, bench-and-table sets on nearby grass areas, bicycle storage in sheds and a parking area by the grass plots.

Hesbjerglund sits in a scenic, tranquil setting within walking distance of Vissenbjerg's centre and consists of attractive red brick terraced houses in one or two storeys. Built in 1991, the area comprises a total of 46 dwellings, four of which are youth housing. There are generous green communal outdoor areas with a playful playground, pleasant bench-and-table sets and a calm atmosphere with abundant greenery and a well-organised path network. A large community house contains both a party room and a communal laundry. The department also provides good parking and bus connections a few hundred metres away. Kildebakken offers fine outdoor areas and good parking throughout the department. Residents on Østergade have access to a communal laundry for a fee, while occupants on Østervang can rent the department's common rooms for social events. Bench-and-table sets allow enjoyment of the autumn colours, Nørrevænget has locked bicycle sheds, and parking is generally very good across the department. In this department only small pets are permitted, i.e., dogs and cats are not allowed. The surrounding neighbourhood has its nearest bus stop 30 meters from the homes and the central bus route about 1.2 km away; the closest train station is approximately 3.5 km from the properties. Around 1.5 km from the homes there are shopping opportunities, schools, daycare institutions and sports activities, and nearby path systems lead into the town centre with its cosy shops as well as out to the forest, the lakes and hilly terrain for summer exploration.
